Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.*Any Domestic order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for reshipment of package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel Return/Exchange Policies and Procedures
We want our Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel customers happy with their purchases. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase(s), please refer to the information below for our official return/exchange policies and procedures for any Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel purchases.
There are NO refunds/exchanges on purchases for any/all of the reasons below:
-Products have unusual odors including, but not limited to: smoke, perfume, cologne, sweat, bodily fluids, etc.)
-Products have been worn/used or show signs of wear/use, have rips, tears, holes, burns, etc.
-Products have stains, including, but not limited to: makeup, deodorant, sweat, dirt, food, liquids, blood, etc.)
-Products have human hair/animal fur.
There are absolutely NO refunds on sale items. All sale item purchases are final. No exceptions.
If a product is bought at a booth, there are no returns and no exchanges.

Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel reserves the right to deny any/all refunds/exchanges at our discretion.
Before returning/exchanging your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com or a text to 254-760-0198 with your first and last name, order number, date of purchase, the item, style, size, and color you wish to return/exchange, and the reason(s) for your return/exchange. If you wish to exchange your items, please list the item, style, size, and color you wish to receive.
Returned/Exchanged items must be in new condition, never worn and must have any/all original tags and packaging. The customer must provide proof of purchase with a printed copy or digital receipt.
Refunds/Exchanges must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of delivery confirmation. Returned/Exchanged items must be received by Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel within 14 calendar days from date of original delivery confirmation. No returns or exchanges after seven (7) days. Any returns and/or exchanges sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.
Exchanges must be of equal value/price; in the event the new purchase is of greater value, the customer assumes responsibility for and pays the difference in price. Customer assumes responsibility for and pays the shipping of the returned items to Gorilla GAINZ and the new/exchanged items to him/her at his/her own expense. Payment for exchange shipping can be made via PayPal or Venmo; please contact us for further information regarding exchange shipping information and details.
Customer assumes responsibility for shipping expenses incurred for returns and exchanges. Returned/Exchanged items must be shipped back via a method with delivery confirmation; we encourage shipping insurance for all returns/exchanges as Gorilla GAINZ Performance Apparel assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
