Group training can be up to 3 individuals training together. Training sessions are designed around the person’s goals. Groups are put together based on sharing a common goal.
If the group purchases a package of 10 sessions, a program tailored to each individual will be provided. This includes meal plan, supplement guideline, cardio regiment and workout program.
When a package of 10 sessions is purchased, a program tailored specifically to that individual will be included.
When you sign up with a group, I expect clients to execute and adhere to the team program provided as well as be transparent and clear with their communication.
My goal isn’t just to get individuals or groups in the best shape of their life, but to build in accountability and give them the knowledge to continue on in creating and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
