I have being doing NPC Physique shows now for about 5 years.  I came to Andrew looking to take it to the next level and that is exactly what he did for me.

Andrew brought a different approach to the whole process, from the workout programs to the changes in my diet, everything was different.  I saw the results instantly! I came in fuller and leaner than I ever have before. 

The thing I appreciated the most was the one on one time he spent with me coaching me through the whole process.  He was hands-on the entire time.  He even drove over 2 hours the day of my show to support me, and I was his only athlete competing that day, and brought me homemade cookies!!!!
